- TTTech4 days ago2.0I wasn't going to even leave a review but I keep getting ads for Panera now so they clearly got my data. I'm not even sure how to describe how bland Panera has gotten. I got some flavorless chicken soup with stale bread and thankfully only half of a bland sandwich. I can't remember what the sandwich was but it doesn't really matter because it was so bland the only thing I could taste was the hard cold bacon. The avocado was somehow bruised all over and yet not even ripe. Also the young man making bread with no hair net or beard net was very off putting, thank God I couldn't see into the kitchen.

Both times, my Broccoli Cheddar soup was very significantly watered down and not very flavorful. It was a bummer because Panera isn’t super cheap and it is how I like to treat myself on a day where I need a pick-me-up, but both times I left feeling like I’d wasted my money. :( However, the staff here is always nice and friendly, and the building/atmosphere is great! It still feels cozy, like a Panera, but also is a more modern and updated design. It’s a nice place, but I do hope they are able to fix whatever is happening with the soup!
