So the first time we picked the food up instead of the double baked royal they gave me a double steak hoagy so after calling and going thro the phone nightmare with them they said they'd remake my sandwhich if I wanted to go pick it up so I accepted that not happily cuz I have to make another trip there only to pick up another screwed up sandwhich we eat at Larosas establishments often and I always get a double baked royal there great when they're right but the second trip they still didn't get it correct they gave me a single baked royal a double is pretty thick this was not a double by any means plus there was mushrooms in my Italian dressing does it take a college degree to work at Larosas it cant be that hard to get a hoagy correct make sure u check ur food before leaving they're very nice and no what to say in every situation but they can't get the orders correct buttermilk pike definitely don't stand up to the Larosas name or service at all and after reading the reviews I'm not the only one that feels this way they need to hold the manager responsible for all the errors after all it starts at the top and the management is only as good as the employees they keep and in my opinion that's not worth much at m the crescent springs location they're an embarrassment to the Larosa chain.
