  Great food, drinks and atmosphere. The service from bartender Savannah at the Crescent Springs location is second to none! She is professional and personable and makes the best martinis around! We always ask for her.

  Service was superb! Amber H Is the perfect server, she’s very accommodating and knows what we need before we do. We never have to ask for anything. Amber has waited on us before and Is able to recall what our drinks are and likely what we will be ordering. Drink refills are on the table Before we need them.

  A beautiful atmosphere and we wanted to spend our wedding anniversary with wonderful food and a romantic setting. All was great until two employees noticed family and/or friends at the table next to us. Chatter, banter and loud laughter continued with the table and the black clad employees. Our food was wonderful but our conversation halted due to the table and employees carrying on to our direct left!! We mentioned this to our server, knowing he couldn’t do anything about the situation. He simply stated…yeah I know. That’s my table!! These two employees took over and cost this young man a tip! After free desserts for them rolled out the customers left. I expected more from Bonefish grill!! Never did I expect continuous and annoying noise from employees!!! Everyone noticed! No one did anything! I wanted to tell the manager but the hubs talked me out of it! Needless to say we will NOT be back!! PS. There were small children in the Grill who were on their BEST behavior!! Hire them when they turn 18! They already behave appropriately. Shame on you Bonefish Grill!!!

  Food and service were great, but the host with his power trip attitude ruined the evening. He (young kid, curly dark hair, red suit coat, black bow tie, power trip attitude). He sits us in the worse table in the house, just as you come in, tiny, and people have to walk around you. I’m 6’6” tall and 60 years old, so being instructed to squeeze into that tiny table seemed very unpleasant to say the least. So I politely ask… Me: May we have a booth? Him: Booths are for reservations. Me: We have reservations. Him: Everybody here has a reservation (attitude kicking in). Me: so we can’t have a booth? Him: No. We sit at the tiny table where he and his power trip put us. We ate. We stared at empty booths all around us the entire time we ate. Please train your host to have some common sense and manners while we spend $$ eating there. If we go there to eat again and he is hosting, I guess I will have to politely ask a manager to seat us, because this kid isn't budging. But the food was yummy and the server also very good!

  We absolutely love the food, the atmosphere, and the service! Erin H is our favorite server and we always ask for her! She makes us feel like we’re eating with family. We know she’s busy, but it doesn’t look as if she’s busy because she spends quality time with us just chatting with us explaining menu choices in any questions we have. She continues to check up on us to make sure our meal is good and that our needs are being met.. We were quite pleased last night when the manager, Donny, stop by to introduce himself and check on us. You can tell you’re in a good restaurant when they take the time to ensure all their guests are being satisfied.. They treat us like royalty.!
