We loved the ocean mixed grill. It gives you a taste of all their best seafood choices, with sharing sides that bring the meal together. The managers are always around and check on us every visit. They make sure our dining experience is wonderful. It’s also so convenient, how close it is to our home.

It didn’t taste bad, but it wasn’t good. Sashimi tuna, appetizer, shrimp, and scallop scampi. And a Caesar salad. Do you not order the shrimp and scallop scampi. The scallops are popcorn size and the shrimp had no flavor, texture was like rubber the same with the scallops. The sad part was when I told him how sick I got the night before, they didn’t care bunch of kids. Sadly, I will never go back. You know once you get sick like that even the thought of it

But listen… they found out I didn’t have my chicken before I even knew , they brought my chicken to my work along (my food was still hot) with a 25$ gift card. Customer service isn’t like this anymore and I just think it’s always OUTSTANDING FOOD AND SERVICE !

I had to ask for everything that the other tables were getting/ offered as customary service, menu, bread, had to get up and get my own happy hour menu, to go box, etc..you get the picture. Food was hot and delicious,but service was 🗑 trash. I stopped going to Crescent Springs location because of service several years ago but went this spring and everything was ok, however I see consistency is not their forte.
