  This is the last time I will ever enter a Chipotle let alone this one. The food is always cold or stale. My daughter wanted Chipotle so I caved. I don’t use the app because of prior experience getting cold food. This time I went in and asked for a quesadilla for my wife and was told that was an on line order only. Wait… you make it here but I can only order with the app? This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard of. You probably don’t care to loose a customer and I get it, I can’t believe I’m taking the time to write this but we need to stand up against all of the absolutely ridiculous rules these companies are trying to make us conform too. I don’t want to use your app because the food sucks when I do, I want to see it maid and make sure it’s fresh. Hot Heads is better anyway.

  Worst chipotle ever. They give you barely any rice or meat. They don’t listen to what you say. I asked for a little sour cream and the worker gave me sour cream than rice. Will forever be going to the crescent springs location from here on out.

  I want to night a big shout out to Jonnar! He took time to listen to the special way I needed my burrito put together. He even took the time to strain the beans, and mix the ingredients in the burrito just the way I like it. Thank you so much, Jonnar. Your customer service is stellar, and this local regular customer really appreciate you! 5 star service for sure, and I thank you!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I ordered a bowl and a burrito both with white rice and the rice is extremely hard. Not sure if it’s undercooked or just been sitting there for way too long
