- RORobert O'Brien6 days ago5.0I recently visited LaRosa’s Pizzeria today around 12:45 PM and felt compelled to share what was an outstanding customer experience. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the staff. After returning the greeting, I took a moment to review the menu. Shortly after, the gentleman at the counter asked if I needed any help. It was not pushy or scripted. It came across as genuine and attentive, which immediately stood out. I placed an order for a calzone, fries, and five traditional wings. I was told the order would be ready in approximately 10 to 15 minutes. When I returned about 12 minutes later, everything was already prepared, packaged, and ready to go, exactly as promised. The food itself was excellent. Everything was hot, fresh, and well prepared. What made the experience stand out even more was the level of customer service. I did not catch the staff member’s name, but the receipt listed “Joe C.” If that was you, thank you. Your professionalism and attitude made a lasting impression. What made this visit especially notable is how uncommon this level of service has become. Many restaurants today feel purely transactional, with little focus on the customer experience. This visit was a refreshing reminder of what great service should look like. I will absolutely be returning and would highly recommend this location to others.

I've spoke with the general manager countless times and begged, please don't change anything about this place. Its LaRosas, you know what youre going to get food-wise, but you can't explain how cool, vintage and unique the interior of this restaurant is.
