- DADan AllenDec 25, 20252.0Went in for a drive-thru order during a weekday. The app said they were closed cuz it was after 8:00 p.m.. I called them and they said we're open till 10:00. So I just thought they got that wrong. When I got to the store I had to order from the drive-thru speaker. Get my credit card out and pay and they had to go through all that trouble. Had I've been able to order the app I would have just drove up and collected my order. When I pointed that out to him, they said the manager shuts it down at 8:00 a.m. because we're short-staffed. Well that doesn't change anything as far as taking my order because they did more work than they would do if they took the app and left it open till 10:00. So I didn't get my rewards points and I had to go through a regular order just because some genius thinks they should lie about their hours on the app.
