She told me I had to call a number I called the number filled out the forms it says I'm waiting for the store to approve the refund. Here I am a week later no refund and having to dispute it w my bank. Waste of my time no other store has made me go through this bs when they didn't have an item. The cashier shouldn't have cashed out my order KNOWING they didn't have the item I ordered.
