  Garbage, if you have the time to go to latonia because it's better service and they don't act like it's a privilege for me to be able to go there to eat. The one down by speedway in Covington has the most rude employees and on Christmas Eve they slammed the door on me saying they were closed but the drive thru was still going and I drive my electric scooter as my vehicle and they wouldn't let me go thru the drive thru and I was trying to get me and my mother's dinner from there because she wanted McDonald's as a present. YA VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! I can't pick anything else because I didn't don't at all.

  Today was the final straw. Placed a mobile order on the app at 10:15am only to arrive and see a sign saying sorry we closed for new years we will open at 11. Why am I still able to place and be charged for an order when the store is closed??? Not to mention the extended family of rats running around the parking lot and dumpsters.. someone needs to do an investigation and shut this place down.

  Im not kidding when I say anything in this review. So my family and I flew into Cincinnati Airport and needed a late night dinner. We pulled into the drive thru, waited about 5 minutes for not a single car to move in front of us. I don't even think that they had placed an order yet. As im sitting there waiting I look about 20 feet on front of us when I noticed something dashing across the parking lot. I assumed it was a squirrel or a cat. But no. It was a rat the size of an adult chihuahua. As we kept looking and watching it went underground by a tree and we started noticing more morbidly obese rats coming in and out of the ground around. I mean it when I say they had a whole family of 20 rats feasting and having an all you can eat buffet from the dumpsters. We decided not to even waste more time for food after seeing this and discovered more rats around the corner. I would stay clear of this McDonald's until they get a brave exterminator to battle these rodents. Still makes me sick to my stomach when I have flash backs.

  I've given this location so many chances. They continually disappoint. Almost every single time i come here, they forget something, get an order wrong, or it takes way longer than it should. Most recently I came through the drive through ordering for myself and my partner. The drive thru woman took everyone in the other line but told me she couldn't hear me because of the train passing by. So about 6 or 7 people went ahead of me. When the train finally passed she took my order and got it wrong on the computer but not when she repeated back to me and told me to pull forward. The drive thru wouldn't fix it for me and told me I had to go back in line. Literally multiple other locations I've been to have made this mistake but fixed it in line for you. Whatever I went inside told the girl what happened and she also told me to get back in line, I asked her if I could just order here and she begrudgingly took my order. Waited another 15 mins for my order while my partners food was now cold in my car and then she wouldn't even give me an extra syrup without making me swipe my card again. When I said okay she just walked away and didn't come back. I left without it then, and won't be coming back to this location ever again. Go to ANY other McDonald's in the area or the white castle, burger king or Wendy's right there in the same 2 blocks and you will have a better time than at this McDonald's.
