  $46 dollars for old food. We will go across town next time. My kids were excited about trying the new chicken. What a let down. They were hard as a rock. The middle even looks old.

  I am giving 5 star rating to this store for the (who I believe is the manager) woman who has green and black hair. She was trying her best to get orders done on time and I could tell she was under a lot of stress. I believe she was the only one working on her side and they were understaffed for a busy night. Me and my boyfriend witnessed two people treat her unkindly, one being a boy who decided it was appropriate to yell profanities in front of the entire restaurant at her because he had to wait 15 minutes for his food. It was very uncalled for, and if he had been more patient, she would have given him his refund after she was finishing her task. I can see how hard she is working and trying to do her job. She deserves recognition for what she had to put up with tonight.

  I never left this place a review before.. anyhow over a year ago I switched to Chime banking & CHIME offers higher cash back sometimes 28% to use this location instead of the Cumberland Gap Parkway location according to the map woth Chime app it shows Cumberland Falls hwy location is 2 miles further from me, last year This location had trouble taking the Chime card with cash back when buying an on Online exclusive deals..so I started using the closer location usually only 10% cash back or maybe 18% but the chime card goes thru at the other locations online exclusive deals..So it offered 28% like unusual tonight to use the Cumberland FalIs location SO ACTIVATED THE DEAL WITH CHIME FOR THAT LOCATION I went to the falls hwy location I checked in on taco bell app it says .001 Miles (because I was in the parking lot SO I CHECKED IN) I put the online exclusive deal with taco bell app in the parking lot and it takes the Chime card First time online for that location THE PURCHASE WENT THRU WITH THE CASH BACK OFFER FOR THAT LOCATION LAST YEAR THAT LOCATION **BUT IT WOULD NOT** LET THE PURCHASE GOT THRU INSIDE ONLY BUT NOT FOR AN ONLINE EXCLUSIVE DEAL ONLY IN THE STORE DEALS.(LAST YEAR) .anyhow payment went thru tonight and SOMEHOW ITS FOR THE CUMBERLAND GAP PARKWAY LOCATION EVEN THOUGH OT SAYS CHECK IN .001 MILES CUMBERLAND FALLS LOCATION, ..SO I DROVE ON THE INTERSTATE TO THE CUMBERLAND GAP LOCATION, SO THERE IS NO CASH BACK DEAL WITH CHIME BECAUSE IT HAS TO BE ACTIVATED FOR A CERTAIN LOCATION BEFORE PURCHASES... so I won't go to the FALLS LOCATION ANYMORE, ITS NOT WORTH IT, IT WAS ALREADY 2MILES FURTHER & the EMPLOYEE even said to me tonight ITS DONE THAT ONLINE TO OTHER CUSTOMERS...so no money is saved CASH BACK WITH CHIME PLUS MORE MILES NEEDED DROVE TO PICK UP WHAT I GAD PREPAID FOR ONLINE..
