I came in on a DoorDash pickup, showed them the customer’s order directly on my phone, and they looked at me as if they had never even heard of DoorDash before. I asked them to enter the order — literally pointing to the exact items — and instead of just doing it, they kept repeating, “What do you need? What do you need?” as if the information was not right in front of them. Then, after seeing a clearly single order with a few items, they asked, “Is that one order or two?” It was right there. Clear as day. The lack of awareness, responsiveness, and basic common sense is honestly astonishing. Save yourself the frustration. This place is operated by people who seem completely unprepared, untrained, and totally out of their depth.
