- MGMatt GibbsJul 19, 20251.0I’m a regular at this location and on Saturday afternoon 7/19 I placed a mobile order for a foot long on white (or Artisan Italian as it’s referred to in the app). They give me Italian Herbs & Cheese. I go inside and tell them they messed up and the sandwich was supposed to be on white bread. The woman behind the counter then tells me that it’s my fault because I ordered Italian and not white. I then tell her that I ordered Artisan Italian (aka white bread) on the app, not Italian Herbs & Cheese. She continues to argue with me and say I’m wrong, that Italian is the one with herbs and cheese. I don’t care that they messed up but don’t blame the customer and tell them that they are in the wrong just because the employee can’t be bothered to even know the menu of the restaurant she works at. I have been a regular here for 3 years and will never come back.
