The last 3 times we have stopped at the falls road Arby's we have had TERRIBLE service. Today my husband and I stopped to get lunch. Ordered at the speaker, pulled to window and was handed part of our order. We checked what we were first handed (they didn't tell us it was only part of our order before shutting the window) and realized we only had half our order, the fries were half full and our sauces weren't in the box. My husband waits until the cashier comes back to the window and asks for sauce and for the fries to be filled up. He also let her know she forgot one of the sandwiches. She shuts the window comes back and very rudely holds the bag out which my husband takes and she shuts the window back before my husband could let her know we still needed sauce. We hear her talking to another worker and the worker saying "they are still at the window" she opens the window up and says, what do you need? My husband asks her for sauce and she THROWS the sauce at him and 2 or the 3 packs fall down to the concrete outside of our car. She shuts the window AGAIN and turns around. When she opened the window again he told her it fell to the ground and she said "this is why we ask about sauce at the speaker" (they didnt ask at the speaker). Then tells my husband to "go on there are people behind you." My husband pulls out and calls the store. Brandi (general manager) speaks with him. She said they didn't have a corporate number and had to go online to get ahold of corporate. She also said her cashier didn't do anything wrong. Every time we go there they are extremely rude and our orders are wrong. We definitely wont be back and would love to know if there is a number for corporate. Brandi said no one else ever complains but I find that hard to believe.

I stopped in at Arby’s today before heading home from work and the Assistant manager Kaitlyn was working the drive thru and was amazing at taking my order and getting my food to me in a timely manner, fries were hot and food was fresh. 11/10!

Arby’s has something for everyone. I frequent this location because while everyone makes mistakes, this well managed team rarely does, but when they do make a mistake their absolute angel of a manager, Kaitlyn I believe is her name. She is always on point and eager to resolve any team mistakes! They’re lucky to have her looking out for them!

Any time my family wants Arby’s we always go to the Falls road location because of the manager there. Her name is Kaitlyn Brown, she’s the sweetest soul and always makes sure our order is hot and fresh! Five stars all the way across the board!!!

Shakira was an absolutely amazing cashier she treated me with a smile and a warming presence welcoming me into Arby’s. My son had never had Arby’s before so we had asked for a recommendation for something for him and she recommended th roast melt and he fell in love with it. Absolutely amazing woman and she made the whole atmosphere light up! It definitely made this place an everyday visit for me and my son now! 100% family recommended!!
