I would recommend you go elsewhere for ice cream. I came into the drive thru last night and ordered a s’mores blizzard with extra cookie dough pieces and a Oreo blizzard with extra Oreo pieces. So I knew the blizzards would be horrible when the girl handed me the cups and there was ice cream running down the sides. Which is crazy because idk how you do hand someone ice cream in a cup with ice cream dripping down and you don’t wipe it off. Lo and behold I get home and there wasn’t a single s'more's piece nor a single piece of cookie dough. My other blizzard hardly had any Oreo in it and it was supposed to be extra. I called to complain and nobody picked up that night. I called in the morning and the shift supervisors only explanation for the horrible experience I had was that they ran out of s'mores pieces and they subbed it for chocolate chunks. Nobody told me that when I ordered and if they would’ve I would not have even got a blizzard that night. No further apology was given she didn’t offer to remake it at a later date or anything and she didn’t even apologize. I also heard the girl who gave the manager the phone talking about “ me complaining”. When you pay almost 15 dollars in this economy for two cups of ice cream you want it to be correct. Ironically I ordered a cake from there yesterday so I just went ahead and cancelled that aswell. It sucks summer is coming up and now there’s nowhere for me to get ice cream but this poorly managed establishment will not be getting my money. And I would advise anyone to not waste it here. It still blows my mind that you run out of the main ingredient for an item and instead of not selling it you switch it with something completely different and you don’t tell people and then expect them not to call and question.

100 percent of the times we have visited the chocolate "ice cream" has been out of service. Take that for what you will.

One of our favorites for some sweet treats and the food is always hot, fresh, and served fast! Never have an issue! Our dogs love the pup cups on their birthdays also! I'd definitely recommend 10 out of 10!

Ordered a blizzard. Fourth full and runny. If she had turned it upside down, it would have fallen out. Disappointed. Husband wouldn’t go back.
