  i know everyone there are young employees and they try to get everyone served asap. my experience with this 7 brew and the one in Winchester KY is daylight and dark. every time I go here in Corbin, I order a LG. frozen 9 times out of 10 they bring a medium no sorry i ordered and pay for a LG, or its incorrect, ask for chocolate drizzle and either they put caramel drizzle or none or its just not mixed well junks of ice. and I try to be patient and understanding but like yesterday 4/11/2026 was enough. I ordered LG frozen with chocolate drizzle and also got a different flavor Lg iced for a coworker. the frozen had no drizzle the appearance was horrible not mixed well i spoke my mind and left. and in tasting 2 supposedly different flavors they tasted the same. I have no plans going back anytime soon. ill drive to London to sacred grounds. now the Winchester 7 brew is awesome. I think they did refund I haven't gotten a charge yet

  I sat in the Drive-Thru for over an hour, no one took my order, but they kept bringing drinks up to me and asking if they were mine, and then went to take the orders of the other people behind me

  Literally no menu. Dumb as hell. Didn't order anything and won't be back. 17 minute wait for my wife's order of 1 coffee.

  Everything was great the service was fast and friendly. But I order the cookie butter frappe and all I could taste was coffee I never got the toasted coconut or hazelnut or white chocolate the flavor needs to be adjusted to what it's be made as
