  Probably about 4 times a month they will mess up my order in the drive through. It’s so constant and it never gets fixed.

  Poor service, missing food and bad attitude when I told them my order was wrong..... I'll go to Alexandria from now on.....

  Drive thru. Order one Medium Chocolate Frosty. Verbally told the total, $2.19. Handed him my cc, he handed it back. I was not given a receipt. Arrived home to find I was charged $19.08 for one medium Frosty (should have been $2.19). I called and was told I could not be helped because I could not tell them exactly what time I went through. I could give a estimate, but not the exact time. If I had been given a receipt, I'd have the exact time. I was told they could look for it and they guessed about 20 mins. That was fine. They then hung up on me twice without getting my name or phone number.

  Just picked up food for myself, my husband and my son. Had to pass the food back and forth twice to get it correct at the window, and had to ask 3 times for my second soda. The teenage girl at the window thought it was hilarious they couldn’t seem to get it correct and laughed loudly the entire time I was trying to get my food and leave. Won’t come to this location anymore.
