- DGDante GoetzJan 3, 20261.0I normally never leave reviews....If I could leave a negative 5 star review here I would ....I just got home from picking up my order and when I opened both of the broccoli cheddar soups I thought ( oh no ) they must have spilled in the bag ? Nope ....Both cups were about a quarter of the way filled .....I then proceeded to call the store and ask for the manager. The girl that answered the phone claimed she was the manager. I then tried to explain the reason for my call .She interrupted me mid-sentence and said let me stop you right there .We are out of smaller cups so you received a large cup .I then said respectfully I've eaten here many times and I've never received a portion that wasn't more than double what they were trying to serve me .I ordered 3 meals for 3 people and the black bean soup was the appropriate amount in the cup ..The sandwiches were made sloppy and just thrown together ( also seemed to be less than normal size) After reading the reviews on here I'd be willing to believe there should be a lot more negative reviews....Here I am after eating about 7 spoonfuls of soup and clearly agitated enough to leave this long rant ....It's not even so much about the soup but more about being rudely cut off mid sentence and her saying " Let me stop you right there " Customer service here is terrible and the food sadly isn't much better ....Why would I ever support this store again in the future? I won't 😳

That's rare these days in customer service. I appreciate it very much. I suggest you give them a try if you haven't. If you have you know what a gem we have here in Campbell County
