  Hands down the worst DQ around. Each order I've placed has been wrong, or missing something. This time they drowned my tenders in so much sauce it leaked out of the box. They were super generous with napkins, carefully SHOVING them inside the boxes of food to the point they were unusable & we had to scrape the tissue off the food. The cheese curd sides were smushed flat inside the box and also drowning in the tender sauce. I asked for ranch with my order and paid for 2 more, and received 2 large containers of gravy, 2 packs of bbq, 2 packs of blue cheese but no ranch. It's not even like the order was overly complicated - two 6pc tenders and curds, & mini blizzards. They double cupped the blizzard and left the prepared blizzard inside a dirty used cup & when I tilted it back to finish it off, I got covered in melted ice cream from the cup underneath. Just nasty. And it's sad. We ordered from them shortly after they opened & the service and preparation was just as bad then as it is now. Nearly $40 for food that we could barely eat. Never again.

  It took 15 mins for someone to just adress me and say hello. But eveyone els got fast servicr Spent 40 plus dollars on an online order , employee's didnt even realize my order ticket was on there windo , food was extremely cold nothing was hot 😫 ordered shakes and got that wrong as well. Got the wrong items and that was an extra charge. Then to see the employees hanging outside the drive though windo smoking 🚬 like where do they find these people never ever again will i waste my money 💰 at this location its a joke a pathetic joke

  Just went through drive through to get a banana split. After paying I’m handed a half melted banana split that didn’t look like it had much ice cream. I asked them to fix it. They said it weighed right and wouldn’t fix it. Last time they gave me one with bad bananas. This place deserves 0 stars. The employee who gave me the banana split like that needs fired. This is pathetic. This place has no customer service whatsoever so ever.
