  People that work there are friendly however, every single order of fish that I have every received has always been mushy warm fish not hot and crispy even after asking for fresh, I visited again today and ask for fresh fish and in less than 3 m5 minutes my food was supposedly done, I open the wrapper in the car, take a bite, and yep you guessed it mushy warm fish yet again

  The wait time is so crazy I ordered ahead of time on the app and still waited 30 minutes in line. What is going on?

  This particular arbys had been subpar for the last year or so. I had actually given up on them and arbys because of it. We decided to give them another try tonight. I am glad we did. It was back to the quality I had come to expect from arbys and quite frankly demanded. For the price they charge(they are one of the highest of the fast food places) they should deliver something a cut above the rest. They do once again, for now anyways!
