    Our family just had the best experience for a quick stop at DQ in Campton, KY on a 9 hour drive— Kaisia (sp?) was absolutely kind and wonderful— excellent customer service and the cleanest bathroom and baby changer I’ve seen at a restaurant.

    Customer service here was horrible. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes without them acknowledging me besides to state to one of the other coworkers that there was a customer there and he should have informed her due to them talking inappropriately. It took 15 minutes to make 2 mini blizzards as well. They were melted, pouring over the side, and the lady just sat them on the counter without a word to my wife and I. Don’t waste your time or money here.
