  If I could get give a less of a star, I would my husband and I went there for two sandwiches 2 Not four we went through the drive-through one car was in front of us when we ordered the person taking our order. Acted like they knew what we were talking about went great. We waited 30 minutes in the drive-through and after getting a. A turkey Tom on wheat bread, the square wheat bread, no cheese plus tomato peppers and then I got a number 12 beach club unwhich Which means no bread to drinks and a bag of chips when we finally get to the window after my husband has already went in and complained. The lady at the window was so friendly, but then gave us the wrong order and no chips so I asked for the chips and she gave us the chips. We pulled away from the window so the people in the back of us could get their order and when we got our we checked our order and they were both wrong. Mine was on a bun and his was wrong. We took him back in and he demanded a refund. We will never go back to that Jimmy John’s again every time we go there the order is wrong if you don’t have enough workers, then you should not open the restaurant or at least not the drive-through make people come in make sure they’re getting their order right you’re gonna be leaving Campbellsville if you don’t start doing your orders correctly Oh, and forward to be freaky fast no, I think it’s grandpa slow

  The lady that waited on me appeared to be the manager which is surprising with how she talked to me. She was rude, bad attitude, from the minute I walked through the door I felt un welcome. It was just one thing after another. I told her I was going to eat there and I did but felt very uncomfortable the whole time. I can go on about this review but I won't. I understand everyone is dealing with something but it didn't have to be multiple times.

  Words do not express my frustration with how I was just cussed at by an employee because the messed up my order and didn’t want to refund me. I literally ordered a ham and 3 cheese melt… exactly what it says on the receipt and it wasn’t toasted… not a “melt” of any kind! And I was told that I am wrong and that I have to ask for it to be toasted. While this disgruntled employee was in the back on his phone with the manager yelling at her that I was a shitty customer and that he wants to quit I’m left standing up front telling the other employee that just want my $20 back, why is it so hard! The employee comes back opens the till to give me my money back then throws the money across the counter at me! This is beyond unacceptable and as Campbellsvilles platinum level doordasher I will NOT pick up your orders any longer and will urge customers to not do business with your location.

  i am not one to leave reviews but to pay $10 for this Bread hard 2 strips of bacon and if it had any chicken on it I didn’t find it tomato was green I would not recommend I ordered chicken bacon ranch an got trash I won’t be going back

  The guy who made my sandwiches was sagging his pants almost down to his knees. He never changed his gloves and kept pulling his pants up while listening to rap music on his cell phone. He also could not speak a lick of proper English and sounded like he was spewing incoherent nonsense. It really made my appetite disappear watching him continuously pull his pants up with his underwear showing while customers are trying to enjoy their food. Not to mention, it took him like 15 to 20 minutes to make my sandwich. I Will never go to this place again. Definitely do not recommend stay away from this place. It’s dirty.
