- TDTj DeversDec 26, 20251.0If could choose less than 1 star definitely would they young girl hate the counter was rude , dismissive and confrontational over simple question of toasting my sandwich, I use to be a employee at subway so I understand the ins and outs but being ready to shut down almost an hour before closing telling the customer they don't know what they are talking about and then trying to give and ultimatum of be quiet or get your food thrown away is immature rude and honestly worst customer service experience I had in my 30 years of life. Will not recommend for anyone I know and definitely will go across town to the other subway to get half decent service.

She was also rude to her other coworker as well. I wasn't the only customer she was being rude to. I don't know who to contact about this. I understand working in customer service because I also work in customer service but when there is a customer I still try to be nice but she was just being standoffish and being really disrespectful.
