As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- HKHaley KeithFeb 10, 20261.0Manager said I didn’t have a “bone in my body” for walking away when they told me they couldn’t help me with my order. I was “out of luck” which is understandable . Only the etown store can refund it, HOWEVER, I explained that location was not changing it and said they couldn’t do anything. This location still said “Nothing we can do”. Nothing. I guess go hungry for the night and have to wait a few days for a refund. I could have made a scene instead but then I would just be a Karen. Terrible company. Had to call the customer service line of the actual company to get a refund because NEITHER store was willing to refund OR give me food. Do not come here. Do not come here. They are rude and as soon as I walked away from the counter he started talking bad about me. Roll the cameras back!!!
