  Words do not express my frustration with how I was just cussed at by an employee because the messed up my order and didn’t want to refund me. I literally ordered a ham and 3 cheese melt… exactly what it says on the receipt and it wasn’t toasted… not a “melt” of any kind! And I was told that I am wrong and that I have to ask for it to be toasted. While this disgruntled employee was in the back on his phone with the manager yelling at her that I was a shitty customer and that he wants to quit I’m left standing up front telling the other employee that just want my $20 back, why is it so hard! The employee comes back opens the till to give me my money back then throws the money across the counter at me! This is beyond unacceptable and as Campbellsvilles platinum level doordasher I will NOT pick up your orders any longer and will urge customers to not do business with your location.

  i am not one to leave reviews but to pay $10 for this Bread hard 2 strips of bacon and if it had any chicken on it I didn’t find it tomato was green I would not recommend I ordered chicken bacon ranch an got trash I won’t be going back

  The guy who made my sandwiches was sagging his pants almost down to his knees. He never changed his gloves and kept pulling his pants up while listening to rap music on his cell phone. He also could not speak a lick of proper English and sounded like he was spewing incoherent nonsense. It really made my appetite disappear watching him continuously pull his pants up with his underwear showing while customers are trying to enjoy their food. Not to mention, it took him like 15 to 20 minutes to make my sandwich. I Will never go to this place again. Definitely do not recommend stay away from this place. It’s dirty.

  Went to Jimmy John and ordered a classic roast beef ..instead I got a veggie sub with 1 price of roast beef...for 2 meals was over 30 bucks.. will not go back.Was not a vegetarian sandwich. ALSO BREAD HARD AS A ROCK!

  The employees at this restaurant were friendly and helpful since I had never ate here before. I loved the fact that they had their menu posted on the wall where you could actually see the menu. More restaurants should have their menus post on the wall or at least in bigger font so you can see it better. I was impressed that I isn't see an employee sitting around doing nothing. My sandwich was toasted and not hard. They listened when I said I didnt want ranch on my chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich. So if you haven't given this restaurant a chance please try them out.
