    NEVER in my life have I had this bad of a Dunkin experience. Waited in line 20-30 minutes just for my hash browns to be cold and to discover they left a piece of paper in my damn sandwich after taking a bite of it! At least the drinks were ok but everything else was shit!

    Waited over 30 minutes in line. Food was served cold and they even left the paper on the cheese when the sandwich was assembled.

    I should know better but i still go here. Three burnt bagels that i cant even bite into later! Mgr blamed it on morning shift! Well, you should make fresh NOT BURNT ones and throw the others out. So much for trying to make a fast stop! Wasted money and excuses! The first two were black!

    well, me and my friend decided to go to Dunkin to get a few warm toasty items as it’s cold when we went in we walked to the bathroom and unfortunately there were soap on the floor so we went and we told the manager the manager looked at us like we had done it when we had only just walked in when she was finished we went to go use the restroom. My friend happened to be fixing her lashes in the mirror while she came in behind us and open the door, then asked us if we didn’t know what a lock was then proceeded to tell us, this was not a TikTok studio, and we are not to make TikTok in the bathroom. None of us were making TikTok. We were only fixing our lashes and the disrespect was utterly in completely. Inappropriate
