    Around 11:30 AM today, I came here to buy two sandwiches. Due to driving for a long time, I didn't immediately realize that the person at the front counter was hearing-impaired. Please forgive me if any of my actions were offensive. I want to tell you that your brilliant and warm smile left a deep impression on me. Thank you, and thank you to Arby’s as well.
