  I stopped by the place I order a burger it’s was good but the service was terrible the server had a horrible attitude she gave me the check when I didn’t even had eating half of the burger I hope that she just try to do a better service for the next customers!

  I got charged gor a 5 way and didn't get any cheese or mustard on it. I ordered 1 coney with just meat and onions no cheese or mustard. I got my order and I got a hotdogs with mustard and onions no cheese a coney with everything but mustard a 3 way how it was supposed to be and a 4 way with no cheese or mustard after I was charged for it. I related my order 3 times because the cashier kept getting it wrong. ..so I think this will be the last time I go there it was after 6pm as well . So whoever worked that shift really needs to pay attention and make sure everything is right. Speaker person and whoever is making the food. I was so disappointed. My uncle who passed away always went there and I kept going for him but now it's like is it even worth it being that I keep getting my order wrong or the food is gross??? Idk maybe it was just the night crew or someth

  Absolute horrible customer service. Placed an online order for a coney crate. Went inside to pickup my order and asked for hot sauce and crackers. The lady gave me 2 packs of crackers and 6 packs of hot sauce. I told her I needed more as I have 10 coneys and 5 people eating. She insisted that’s policy and that’s all she would give me. I asked if everyone that dines in gets a pack of crackers and she replied yes. So how come I only get 2 packs for a coney crate then? Since when were crackers and hot sauce a limited supply? Absolutely disgusting human being that should not be allowed to operate a customer based store. Will NEVER return.
