This is the worst Wendy's for deliveries. They never get the order right and you can't get a hold of anyone to get it fixed, refunded, or anything else. They are an embarrassment to what is normally a good chain.

It's Friday 10/24/25 and I've been sitting in the drive thru for over 15 minutes, 10 cars back and haven't moved over one inch. This is not acceptable for a staff shortage on a Friday at dinner time rush.

On 9/28/25 I went to Wendys to get lunch for my wife and I. I Ordered two meals Large. The drinks were to be Coke and Dr. Peper. The machine said they were not available. I chose something else. This was lunch time. You would thing this time of day your drink machine was maintaned.

Maybe 2 people in front of us to order (inside), so no rush. The young man at the register took our order precisely, however what we received was anything but that. Oh you didn't want cheese on that single? Too bad. You wanted spicy nuggets? Here's some that have been in the warmer since yesterday. Tough and barely warm. This after I heard one of the ladies yell "dropping nuggets." As if the fries arent bad enough, now I get stale nuggets and singles with cheese when our order asked for no cheese. Almost makes the 30+ minute wait at Sonic worth it.
