  The little redhead at the window was rude! She’s my “niece” but doesn’t speak to me! She’s decided not to make eye contact to me as a customer. And she turned to her coworkers and said something about me because they all looked out at me smiling. That’s not appropriate for a business! If Adissyn is gonna be at the window she needs to be courteous to ALL customers.

  Food was good and hot, but you’ll have to eat it like Adam richman doing a challenge on man verse food as the building is so ungodly cold there in there you could get hypothermia just trying to eat your food. Ain’t no reason for the building to be 58 degrees

  DO NOT GO. Placed online order received an email confirmation, money was taken out of my account, and confirmation on app that the order was placed. Went through drive thru to pick up. was told the receipt didn’t print so they couldn’t make it yet. understandable. told me to pull to the 3rd window. i did. about 5-6 min later a manger came to the window has black hair. i think her name is trish. told me to park because i was “holding up the drive thru” and they would bring it out to me. waited a total of 20 minutes when i went back through the drive through to see if it had been printed yet and was told it wasn’t I told her i had waited 20 minutes and she told me there’s nothing she can do and i told her i was coming in and she said okay great. I immediately asked for a manager when i went in and continently it was her. she walked over to me with an attitude and i told her the situation again and showed her the confirmations and where the payment had went through. She then tells me there’s nothing she can do. I told her that it’s been 20 mins so is it ever going to print and she told me there’s nothing she can do until it prints. i said okay either refund me or give me my order. in her words “it comes out of her pocket she’s not paying for my dairy queen tonight” and walks away after throwing her hands up in my face. not able to have a conversation all. worst customer service i have seen in my life. i requested another manager that easily just fixed my order and for that i am thankful she had blond hair and a food allergy so she had another person make my blizzard. Will NEVER be back. i would rather drive an extra 20 minutes to ever go back to that dairy queen. i have never been disrespected like that in my life. I honestly can not believe how rude. I even heard conversations with other customers in the drive thru and she was just as rude. it was awful.

  I went through the drive thru to n Brandenburg. First they forgot my drink. Then when I got down the road and checked my order they didn’t put any gravy in my chicken strip basket. Terrible service
