- THTerralisha HagewoodMay 26, 20251.0I placed a pickup order. sandwich was poorly made. There was very little lettuce, only a couple banana peppers, 0 onion (i asked for more), very little mayo (i asked for more). I called the store and told them my sandwich was wrong and tht i would like to bring this one back and have another one made. She told me theyre out of onion. I asked her why she didnt tell me when i picked it up. Then i asked for a refund. She said no. I asked to speak to manager, she said she wasnt there. I asked her to send me to customer service and asked for her name. She declined and hung up the phone. I will call tomorrow to try and speak to a manager for assistance since you all dont seem to have a customer service number.
