  Came to drive-through on 31W bypass had a great experience. Our food was fresh and hot and the manager on duty was Jeremy and he was very pleasant.

  Always a fun place to get a decent fast food for people that don't eat fast food that much definitely way better than McDonald's and Burger King at least the food's real real beef

  I believe her name was Ms. Debbie. I ordered a 10 pc wing and she split the flavors up for me. The customer service was A1 and they were quick in preparing my order. She was the sweetest lady ever!!! I thank her from the bottom of my heart!!!!

  I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Debbie at Rally’s on 31W! She was absolutely awesome and made my experience so much better. I asked about changing the size of my meal at the window, and instead of being annoyed or rude (like you sometimes expect at busy places), she was super understanding, patient, and kind about it. Debbie really stood out as a professional—friendly, respectful, and just genuinely nice. It’s not every day you come across someone who treats customers with that level of care and positivity. She’s definitely a stand-up woman and an asset to the team! Thank you, Debbie, for making my day a little better!

  I felt compelled to leave a review after such a delightful experience. 🎉 Jeremy and his team was exceptionally friendly 🫂 and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. (Date: Monday March 16th @12:40am) 🗓️ in Bowling Green, KY 📍When a promotion in the app didn’t work, he graciously offered us a complimentary order of fries on the house—an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture. Beyond the excellent service, the value here is remarkable. The deals offered are genuinely such a good deal all for under $5 you get a drink a sandwich and fries 🍟 AND APLLE PIE! 🍎 It makes it really easy to enjoy a great meal without overspending. 💵 (Plus there’s cute little tables outside with umbrellas ⛱️ perfect for the upcoming nice weather ☀️). The fries 🍟 deserve special mention as well—perfectly seasoned and full of flavor, which is a refreshing change from the bland fries served at many other fast-food places. Shoutout Jeremy we shall be backkkkk 🫵🤝 And the apple 🍎 pies are absolutely delightful—warm, crisp, and the melt in ur mouth such a sweet finish to the meal. Please try them! P.S. recommend the banana 🍌 smoothie 🥤twas so refreshing 😋 🎆 All in all, it made our very first visit to Rally’s especially memorable.
