  Finally found something on the new menu to eat. Customer service was top notch and there was actually dining area staff keeping the table clean. Nice change!

  The food at Panera is never excellent, but when you're trying to hit your macros? It delivers. Special thanks to Carson, who was covering the front register when my time at the register came into play. My original gameplan of the turkey chili was a no-go. While I debated on options internally for over 20 minutes (a long work day and only 410 calories left for dinner), Carson asked questions and made me feel like she genuinely cared about my goals. She even went to the back to check on nutrition info for a vinaigrette that wasn't listed on Panera's online nutrition sheet PDF!! Thanks to Carson and the rest of the crew, I'm full, happy, and still have some leftover salad to finish later - all while meeting my protein, fiber, and calorie targets. The best Panera I've ever visited 🥰

  panera refusing to sell a simple cup of broth because it might “take soup away from other customers” is one of the most absurd examples of rigid, thoughtless policy i’ve encountered. this wasn’t someone trying to game the system or deplete inventory — this was a medically necessary request the day before a colonoscopy, where clear liquids like broth are literally part of the preparation. denying that, especially when you already serve soup as a standard menu item, reflects a complete lack of discretion, empathy, and basic problem-solving at the store level. it’s not about the broth — it’s about a business choosing to hide behind policy instead of using common sense in a moment where it actually matters. if your staff is empowered to say “no” that easily, but not to accommodate something this reasonable, then something is fundamentally broken in how you train and trust your employees. incredibly disappointing.

  I had such a great experience here. I hadn’t tried Panera in a while, so I came here on my lunch break for some tomato soup in a bread bowl. Charis helped me out and she was incredible, so kind and professional!! She made my experience a 10/10
