  Having the same issue as some of the people before me got there and open my app the drive-thru microphone. Their system took my code and somehow they lost my code and told me that I cannot use my code for my order. Instead of fixing it, they just told me that it was my issue and that they couldn't do anything about it. I drove off and they lost a customer. I hope others will speak out like me to raise this issue to McDonald's so they actually fix it.

  Manager would not fix their mistake. I gave them a coupon code. The app said they got the code but they told me the code was for earning points. It was not. Now that deal is used and it won't let me use any more deal codes. Manager would not manually take off the deal even after I had a screen shot proof that the app told me they accepted the code. No wonder chikfila makes more profit even though they're open less hours in a day and closed on the Lord's day. Peace out Mcds!

  I ate at the McDonald's in Bowling Green Kentucky I ordered a grown up Grinch happy meal and it was awesome. I enjoyed a Big Mac, shaker dill pickle fries and a coke to drink.

  Bought breakfast from here and got sick with food poisoning like 2 hours later. I was sick for 2-3 days. This ruined McDonald's for me and I'll never be back to any of them.
