  went in for a pickup order for 3 mcchickens waited 15 mins nobody asked me what i was here for several employees looked me in the eye including the manager on easter at 8pm, while young kids were making racists jokes in the back and yelling and being disrespectful to the customers in the lobby untill i had to interrupt someone and ask if the bag that was sitting there for 20 mins was my order number and sure enough it was sitting there the whole time all for the person who i delivered it to to be mad at me

  Ms Mary Lou is a great example of a kind free spirit. She is so sweet and gave exceptional service for my family and I. All while being super busy running in and out for curbside orders

  It greatly depends on the time of visit as to whether the service is 1 star vs 5 stars. Morning staff is way better than night staff. I would give the night time staff zero stars if I could. I always order from the app and usually make the same order yet I have issues 9/10 times with it being wrong. If you want to deal with bad attitudes, slow minded responses and windows being slammed in your face... This is your place!

  Received poor quality iced coffees from a McDonald's down the highway, stopped and asked to have them remade as they we're that bad. A very sweet women working in the front helped us out and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, she genuinely cared about making sure we had what we needed. I don't think I have ever met a friendlier and caring McDonald's employee in my life ❤️
