  So I called this Kristy kreme since I hear amazing things about it so I wanted treat for my wife 2 sons and mother and I called 4 times and nobody picked up when I I clicked number 2 so I could ask a few questions for the pick up and order I wanted to ask how much for a dozen but the women that I was speaking to me sounded very rude and like she was in a hurry her name is Marie and she said for a sorted dozen was $20.99 and I told her that I thought is was 17 she was very rude if your looking for good customer service to ask questions do not call would not recommend i have a picture of me calling about 4 times with no response

  Two dozen of donuts for $22 🤔 🚫 $11 a dozen is still double the price a dozen of doughnuts 🍩 should be. You will sell more doughnuts at a lower price and more people can actually afford to buy them!! I would love to see lines of people at donut shops again and I would be one of them, I haven’t been to a donut shop since Covid and probably never will until prices come down. 😞

  My family of four adults (two couples) came in to order donuts and placed two separate orders. The “free donut” light was on, so after ordering I politely asked the cashier, Rhyanna, about getting my free donut. She immediately had a very negative attitude. Another employee asked if my husband had been helped. He said yes, but mentioned he was still waiting for his free donut. At that point, Rhyanna loudly said that I already had mine. I explained that yes, I received one, but my husband and the other adults had not. Rhyanna then went to the back, grabbed a box, threw three donuts into it, and tossed the box onto the counter. The interaction felt very rude and unprofessional. We were surprised by the way the situation was handled, especially over something that was clearly being advertised.

  I had a disappointing experience with an employee named RyHanna during my visit tonight. I stopped in to pick up some treats for my family and was excited to see the “Hot Now” sign on, since customers are offered a free donut with a purchase. When we mentioned the free donut, she immediately responded with, “Is that all you wanted or are you actually going to buy something?” I tried to brush off the comment because I understand that sometimes people may come in only for promotions. However, she only gave one of us a donut. When I went to check out, my mother-in-law mentioned that the others in our group (my father-in-law, husband, and myself) hadn’t received theirs. RyHanna then yelled across the room, “She already got her free donut.” I calmly explained that she was referring to the rest of us. At that point, RyHanna responded in a very rude tone, saying something along the lines of, “Yeah well the donuts aren’t out, so you know what, whatever. Just whatever,” while slamming my order down on the counter. I told her that this was not an appropriate way to treat a customer, especially when we were simply making a purchase and hadn’t done anything wrong. Her response was that she didn’t care. Everyone has long days, but working in customer service means treating people with basic respect. It was disappointing to be treated so poorly over something as small as a donut. She then grabbed 3 donuts threw them in a box, threw the box at us on the counter and said here. We said thank you an just left.
