  came here February 28th 2026 and placed an order 45 minutes before they closed. pulled up at 9:30 and the lady working was beyond rude and disrespectful, throwing my bag of food down, crushing my chips, rolling her eyes, mouthing things under her breath thinking I wouldn't hear it. my food was even worse. im beyond disappointed with this experience and quite frankly it ruined JJ's for me. there was no reason for her to act this way at all.. Ive tried contacting the store as I would like a refund for this experience... im not happy at all

  I come in here sometimes when my girlfriend and I wanna go on a cheap lil date, and I must say, this place is amazing I love the food, and atmosphere, just awesome!!
