Edit: now I’m at the window, and they don’t have 2 of the items that I ordered. The manager also says I can’t be refunded because I ordered through the app. I’ll be calling management or corporate in the morning. This place SUCKS!!!

You still love their Jr. bacon Brothers and their chili salad or talk whatever they call it. but if I buy a meal that's supposed to be hot or at least halfway hot then that's how I want to get it. I understand sometimes a place is busy. I get that but come on a cold burger is nasty, especially the fries and for what we pay for food today, I want to be able to enjoy it. if I don't I might as well have thrown my money in the garbage
