  Originally ordered Nachos Bell Grande and Party Pack Hard Shell Tacos. I was disappointed and called. Thank goodness I got Leslie. Long story short, I went back. Food was fresh. This location should be very thankful they have this employee. She is very friendly and professional. I will only visit this location when she is on the clock. I have learned my lesson.

  This is the absolute worst Taco Bell in Bowling Green. Plan on waiting 15 minutes or more for your order.

  This taco bell on nashville road, I will not be going to again. Which ever little girl working the speaker and window on January 11th, 2026 at around 5:30 pm should not be working there anymore. I was unable to pull up to the speaker because of another car in front of me in the line and she had tried talking to me through the speaker. I was not rude but asked her if she could hear me back there because I was unable to pull up close to the speaker. I said this twice and both time all she kept saying was, "I cant hear you, I cant hear you." So I decided to keep quiet until I could pull up. Once I did it was silent. And I kept there for about 5 to 8 minutes and still nothing so I just decided to pull up, the moment I did she immediately started talking to the car behind me who pulled up to the speaker. I know for a fact that was on purpose. I decided to just pull off and head home. I decided to order it on doordash instead, big mistake. They had charged me for an item I did not order, left one of my items out and replaced with the item i hadn't ordered. As well as some of the tacos were improperly packaged, as if just throw in there and tossed in the bag because when I had opened it, everything in the taco just spilled onto the floor, barely in the taco to begin with. Not only that, but whilst stuck in line with being ignored to order I am sure I was smelling Marijuana coming from inside the building. That window girl sounded like she was on something as well.
