    I swear I'm gonna have to stop accepting orders from Taco Bell. I was just at this location and had a stacked order (meaning 2 customer orders - Bailey and Brittany). First one took maybe 10 minutes. Then I had to wait for the other one and after maybe another 10 minutes, I got a notification that this order was ready for pickup. Still waited and waited and after another 10 minutes and I walked to the counter to see why it's not on the shelf yet. Employees walked by, didn't acknowledge me, nothing. I finally gave up and unassigned myself from the order and left, just so the first order I had wouldn't get cold. Customer service was MANY times better when I worked there than it is now. It's pitiful! It's not just this particular location, it's all of them it seems. It's just gone out the window. Hope Brittany gets her order sometime tonight.

    The food is good. However, the Baja Blast always has a sanitizing cleaner flavor to it. Now I don’t get a drink but every now and then to see if the cleaner flavor is gone yet. It’s not.

    My family and I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The manager, Antoinette, demonstrated unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. After reviewing other feedback, it appears that our experience is part of an ongoing pattern of similar concerns. If Taco Bell intends to maintain customer loyalty, the franchise may want to reevaluate its current management at this location.
