The gal who waited on use was very pleasant and quick witted, a true champion of customer service. The subs were above average. We will go out of our way to visit this store again.

Spinach that I didn't order and no sign of lettuce or tomatoes. The lady I encountered in store was, I'm certain, the one everyone else has already mentioned. She doesn't seem to pay attention to detail. Please dismiss her, she is not doing you (franchise owner) any good.

Good customer service seems rare these days, but I was so impressed that I decided to leave a positive review!
