Took 20 mins to make a 6 in sub while they laughed at each other. These people do not change gloves while the ones on are noticeably dirty. Employee had all types of sauces on his gloves and proceeded to make my sandwich without grabbing a fresh pair. Flies were all over the place, all over peoples subs and the produce. Filthy place and careless employees.

Had a to-go order that was ordered 20 mins before I arrived. Had to wait 10 mins at the counter because 3 employees were busy making sandwiches and ignoring the guy looking at the sandwich in a bag that was ready. When I finally got this girl attention with purple hair I asked if that was my order that was ready behind her. She instantly said “no” before I was done asking. So, I went to the back of the line and when the manager asked me what I wanted I told him the name on the order and he grabbed the sandwich that the purple headed girl said wasn’t mine. Fire her immediately. Someone that orders food ahead of time shouldn’t have to wait that long while their sandwich just sits on the counter feet away. Thanks Ethan. Also, I watched purple head put half a bottle of mayonnaise on a sandwich. Customer definitely didn’t want a mayonnaise sandwich with a side of turkey.
