As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

    Visited this restaurant, ordered two piece wing meals and a chicken bites box combo. We did not receive the chicken bites combo in the bag. After checking the food, we mentioned to the “manager” there that we were missing an item. He gives us a whole story about how we got what we ordered, he weighed the bag before he gave it to us and the computer wouldn’t have let him give out the order if the weight wasn’t right. Even though we’re sitting in the drive thru telling him he can look in the bag and see it’s not there. He refuses to just look in the bag and rather than just giving us what was already paid for or offering a refund, we’re told we need to come back to the store see a GM who can actually do something about it or call corporate and slammed the window in our face. Not worth the visit or hassle to try and feed your family, terrible service.

    The manger has been there for a long time and really works hard and she is one of the nicest and honest person that I have ever meet, she is a asset to the place, I know that when she is there every thing is hot and fresh and her crew is always cheerful and wanting to help! A great place to eat at!! 1in my book!

    The Buford’s are my favorite and for the price and the quantity in the mail, just love his place. This is my go to place that I eat at almost every day of the week, always hot and fresh!!!

    i went tonight to order food for my family, i got home and every single burger was wrong & the fries were cold. i ordered 2 burgers with everything on it & tomato added, the other one with only cheese, lettuce, & onion. the lady specifically told me the tomato would be extra and i said that was fine & to add it. but no tomato in sight. so i went back and pulled up to the window, while i was talking to the same girl she told me i said no tomato and i told her i did, she argued and said no you didn’t and i just asked her to please fix my food. i got home and it was all cold to the touch. i don’t know if that was done on purpose, but it felt like i just took it out the fridge. never going back.

    This is the fourth time missing food from yall and i try to let it slide but when im trying to feed guest in my home and we have the incorrect food or missing food its hard to do so and then when I called up there I told them they said it wasn't their problem and they don't want to take responsibility I ordered five burgers all of them without onion because I'm allergic and onion was on all of them and then when I call and tell them im missing food they told me there was no way and then she cussed me out I know exactly who it was to because I've had run ins with the same chick she has horrible customer service and over all her attitude sucks yall also got bugs the last time I was actually over there i seen so many 🪳 yall are disgusting and some how im still ordering food from yall
