Came in recently and was met by an aloof, rude hostess and an extremely rude, unprofessional manager who made a huge scene with three of her employees next to her in front of my family and I. We left without ordering. I have a gift card I was going to use. I’ll use it at an Outback out of town. I’ll never go back to this location. There’s a lot of complaints on the reviews about managers and employees here and now I know why. Unprofessional and utter rudeness here.

I asked the waitress to fix a bowl of soup for each of the first responders to take with them and I would happily pay for them. Outback stepped up and got all the soups done before the first responders were finished with the patient. Then they refused to let me pay for them and said the restaurant was taking care of it.
