  Honestly, this is in the top service I've ever had at a chain. The tall guy (sorry I cannot remember names), was super nice and patient with us. We truly were surprised at how great the customer service was! The sandwiches were delicious and ready to go quickly!

  Don’t bring Pickles back into your store if you are incapable of switching gloves when fixing non pickle sandwiches. It is not rocket science.

  This JJ's is a great location - quick, efficient, always get your customized sandwich correct, friendly. But they cannot cut your sandwich in half to save their life (or yours). No matter how many times I click the "cut in half" box, they ignore it. Not sure who I need to bribe to stop looking like Shaggy from Scooby Doo eating a comically long sandwich at my desk. I am begging y'all to please see the "CUT 1/2" that's on my ever growing collection of receipts and actually do it.
