I understand mistakes as I used to be a food service manager and understand high turnover rates and understanding issues. I literally order the same drink when I go. About 4 months ago I went 3 different times and my drink is literally made different everytime. So today a coworker and I ordered and I decided to to give them one last try. We'll and behold my order was wrong again. I used to keep boosted status every month and have let that go all in 6 months time. Im not looking for harsh feedback just simply stating my experience.

Made us get a refund and then didn’t even add the blueberry flavoring. The first employee was sweet and apologized for messing up… but the second employee was probably the rudest customer service worker I’ve ever encountered. She came up to help the first employee and already had an attitude. Then treated us like we were inconveniencing her. Will probably never willingly choose this location again.
