  My kids and I stopped this morning for coffee and donuts. When We walked in there was 1 person waiting for their order and 1 person ordering. We ordered, my daughter got her coffee within a couple of minutes so we proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for my coffee. I said something twice because they looked like they were clueless what they were doing and looked to be concentrating on drive thru only. After the second time of saying something a minute later the lady sit a coffee down upfront and all she said was there's that cold brew, okay for who out of the 6 people now waiting. So I looked at it wasn't mine another 5 minutes I said something again, she said that's yours...umm no it's not, that's not what I ordered at all. So I told her I would call for a refund because now my kids are late school because they have no vlye what they are doing, who makes half an order off a ticket then makes the other half wait 20 minutes. So guess now I have to go up there for a refund because the number on the website for them is disconnected and I can't find a number for the Bypass one. I will NEVER be back. Absolutely horrible service and get smart with you because they are pushing drive thru out but making lobby wait 30 minutes for their orders, even call in orders were waiting 15 plus minutes.

  It was 7:24 when I walked into your shop and all the doughnuts were gone out of the cases and the look I got from the worker like I was a piece of crap for coming in the store when your time to close is 8pm. Ill never step foot back in another dunking doughnuts EVER again.

  Shoutout to the girl with short blonde hair for always starting my day off right! She’s incredibly kind, professional, and always has a great attitude. It genuinely makes a difference when someone cares about their job like she does.

  Goodluck getting good service- let alone a SINGLE word out of this staff. Made my drink wrong, when I said it was missing the cold topping she snatched it back without a single word, I apologized and when she gave it back I said thank you and she just closed the window on me. Whole place needs to be restaffed, full of lazy girls with no work ethic or customer service at all.

  Made an online order for pickup and not only was conformation never received but the employees didn’t have my drink ready ( ordered 30 mins prior) and kept laughing . On top of that I had ordered a brownie batter doughnut (1) and was told it WAS in stock; when I pulled up they said they didn’t have any but continued to sell them to others.
