SOOOOO SLOW. We were the only people in the drive-thru and they took 10+ minutes to get us our ice cream. By the time they gave it to us, it was a melted, soupy mess. Obviously it was not served upside down, either, as it all would have poured out.

Josh is blatantly rude and does not know how to talk to customers. Obviously doesnt want to be there and is making the customers feel it. The manager should not allow him to have anymore interaction with customers until he watches some training videos.

I don't try to make reviews usually cause I don't care half the time, but this has become so prominent of an issue.
Where to start. First of all, the cashiers (?) Baby was in the back touching the ice-cream machine. As someone whose been in food service, not only is that disgusting, but extremely unsafe for tiny hands.
Secondly, everyone just always seems high when im there. They never remember orders, names, or always have an highly snappy attitude.
Im a DQ lover till the end, but this specific location just feels like a backrooms level.

Need to hire new people I never leave reviews bc I don’t really care. But it’s not hard to read what was ordered and to do it right just because I ordered 20 minuets before the store was closing doesn’t mean you just don’t make the food correctly and only give me what was already made. Whoever was working there tonight clearly cant do the simplest of task.
