  We went for our first time today and definetly won't be back. The building is very small and theres not alot of room for eating where you're not on top of others. There is barely any room to stand and wait to order. I ordered a regular philly and the cashier asked if I was ok with mayo, lettuce and tomato....in what universe does any of that other than maybe mayo come on a Philly? She said it doesn't say it on the menu but they all come like that. Once again, it was very unusual. We took it to go and get home to 2 very disappointing looking subs. The meat doesn't go to both ends of the sub and the veggies are still fully crunchy. Meat is very dry and lacks flavor. I was excited for this place but will stick to local eats instead. For the price I was not at all impressed and honestly a subway philly has more flavor than this.

  Friday night we ordered 2 Philly cheesesteak combos. One was minus peppers and tomatoes. It had 3 small uncooked onions, half the sandwich had nothing but chunks of lettuce. We also got boneless buffalo chicken combo. The chicken was hard like it had been reheated in the microwave. The best thing about the combos were that the fries were fresh and good. Better get some people in there that know how to prep and cook..

  Went in around 2:30 on a Thursday afternoon. Its wasnt too busy. We ordered the Philly, boneless buffalo wings and cajun fries. The order came out fairly quickly and hot. Although we ordered dine in, they still placed our order in a bag. Dining room is small but were plenty of tables. Restuarant was clean. Will be back to try other menu items.

  Loved my visit to Charleys in Morgantown! The food was delicious, my cheesesteak was hot and perfectly made, fries were crispy, and that fresh-squeezed lemonade hit the spot. The staff was super friendly and worked fast even during the rush. The place was clean and welcoming, and you can tell the team really enjoys what they do. So glad to have Charleys here in Morgantown, I’ll definitely be back soon!

  I have eaten here twice since they opened. The first visit was on opening day and it was a pretty good experience. They were taking orders and sending out food very quickly despite the heavy lunch rush. I got the boneless buffalo wings with original fries for 9.99, a fair price, and they were both really nice. The wing were spicy and the fries were nicely cooked. I went today and ordered the same thing but with half buffalo and half lemon pepper. This batch of wings tasted like it had been cooked twice or for too long and the breading was hard as a rock. I think maybe they were worried that the breading wasn't crispy enough so they fried them longer, I dont know. The point is that this second batch of wings was pretty much inedible though the fries were still good.
