  Usually never go to this 7 brew but I was in the area, only had $15 on my card and wanted a quick coffee for me and my fiance. I had a few dollar bills in my wallet that I usually hand over as a tip when I’m being handed my drink, so I placed my order and put the “no tip” on the screen. the barista immediately turned around less than two feet from me and said to the girls making the drinks “literally nobody, NOBODY is tipping today, like I know some of yall just got paid today.” I don’t get paid on Friday, and definitely will not be tipping after that, OR coming back to that 7 brew. I should’ve just stuck with the one on scottsville rd.

  The coffee and or espresso is not very tasty. Tastes like water. Although the service is quick. It’s expensive for weak coffee.

  Scottsville Rd 7 Brew is absolutely amazing. Friendly staff, fast lines, fantastic drinks. But this is the last time we'll ever visit the Nashville Rd location. We sat for 34 mins in a small line. Didn't move at one point for over 9 mins. The staff is always grumpy and have no personality. What is really annoying is the only reason we stopped tonight was to get our 6 year old a postcard for Santa. We left and drove to Scottsville Rd. Sat for 6 mins, in a line 3 times as long, got a post card and fabulous service from people who treat my family like friends instead of burdens.

  Luke like Luke Skywalker was super nice and had good conversations, coffee made me do a backflip! Everyone needs to go here.

  I have to give a shout out to Jacob (mgr), Chase, Trinity, Quincy and the many other smiling, friendly staff at this location. Every time I arrive in the drive thru I am greeted by the friendliest people in Bowling Green. They know my name before I give my phone number as I frequent this location. They welcome me like a family member, always smiling and talking. They make me feel as we've all known each other for a long time. I've been to other locations in the Bowling Green KY area, but hands down this location is BEST. They definitely are customer oriented who care and love their co-workers and job for you can just see the team work they display. Thank you Jacob, Chase, Trinity, Quincy, and the others there who make me feel appreciated. As long as this crew is there I will always be there too.
