Not to mention be bothered to look up from their phones for half a second to actually LISTEN to what you’re asking for. When I circle back around to have my order fixed, six of them looked at me like a deer in headlights. They literally could not figure out what I was asking for and all I was asking for was a regular coffee with a splash of half and half…. I had to walk away with an order I didn’t want. I could tell after the first 20 seconds and by the look in their eyes that they would never be able to figure it out.
