  Kaley took our order and was so kind and patient when we were ordering! She helped us with questions we had and we enjoyed our visit! On top of the amazing service, our drink was made perfectly and was delicious!!

  I just wanted to leave a review expressing how much I appreciate the staff at this location! I frequent this one because it’s on my way to work, and every time whoever is helping me is just so kind. They’re always talkative and ask how your day is going, but not in a customer service type of way. They ask in a way that seems like they’re genuinely interested! Love this location. <3 My mood is always lifted after leaving.

  Amazing service! All of the staff are amazing and I have to specifically shout out Hayden. She was very knowledgeable and had helped me decide what drink to get when I was indecisive. She was very sweet and patient when I was ordering! Great place to go!!

  I ordered an iced sugar-free brown sugar cinnamon latte and it tasted watered down. I went back because they will give you a new one if they messed it up and so I ordered what I normally get at 7 brew, which was an iced sugar-free caramel macchiato with almond milk and the drink was basically white. They added too much milk and it tasted nothing like coffee. They handed me the drink and coffee was dripping all over it. It stained my new pants as well. I sat in the line forever as well. They always mess up my drinks at this location every time I go. Can’t make this up! The photo doesn’t even show how white it is.

  The customer service was horrible at Campbell Lane location. My drink is in the system when my number is put in and it’s 2 extra pumps of caramel drizzle and there was none. When I asked for more she took it in there, stood there talking ab me to another co worker, and brought it back with the same amount in it as the first. The service, environment, and etc was a horrible experience and will most likely never go back there again! I love the others tho and Nashville Rd is my absolute favorite one!!
