Tracking said pizza was finished being made at 7.55 pm. Didn't leave the store until 8:25 and didn't arrive at my house until 8:45. Thus, pizza was cold and over cooked.

The last time I tried to order from there they said they could not deliver anything over 50$ if it wasn’t prepaid. Mind you I have to pay cash since the payment for it was coming out of my place of business. That was ok I took my business elsewhere. Tonight, I call to see if I could place an order and pay cash knowing it would be over 50$, the team member I spoke with put me on hold to ask and when he came back to the phone he told me they would do it. I placed my order at 5:15, my team was asking where our order was about 6:30 so I called to check on it and they told me the store manager had cancelled the order since it was over 50$. They did not try to contact me to inform me or anything. I could’ve went and picked it up if that were the case. I work in the restaurant business I know how it is but the lack of communication and the level of professionalism from this place is poor. They lost the business of a loyal customer both personally and professionally. I called a sister store a couple miles further, even though we are outside their delivery zone, they are still honoring our business and that is great customer service.

But when it came to the pepperoni pizza it tasted weird and funny wasn't fresh no wonder the man gave me a discount he provided me old pizza basically. Now have my 3-year-old son vomiting back to back from the pepperoni pizza meaning they had the pizza sitting out longer than usual.
