  Tall girl with glasses was super rude. We placed a to go order and went to pick it up. She gave us a bowl instead, we asked very nicely for a burrito. She says “so what? you want me to wrap it for you?” with an attitude… We said “Yes please”. She grabbed the bowl, dumped it on a tortilla and handed us the bag and rolled her eyes. Ew… what kind of service is that. Attitude at us for YOUR mistake and inability to follow basic instructions. Terrible Service.

  Chipotle is one place that I am excited to get when I come into Bowling Green since I do not have one in my home town. The staff here do not wear hair nets which resulted in a bowl having 3 long hairs inside. I mentioned how my portion of my food was smaller than normal and said it multiple times and I got ignored. In addition, I was charged $6 more than usual. They do not care for the customer concerns but only care about how much they are getting paid and when they get to leave. I will not be going to this Chipotle location anymore and hope that this is the only location like this.

  giving one star only cause you actually have too. this was hands down the most disgusting chipotle experience i’ve ever had. first off the girl at the window was very rude looked at our car and laughed while we sat and saw our food sitting on the shelf and took her sweet time watching us while we waited for ten minutes for her to give us our food. after the 6 years and four kids i had while waiting at the window, when she eventually got to us she was very very rude. they gave us no forks, napkins, and barely gave us food. next time i’ll just go to the pool if i wanna take a dive in the ocean of sour cream covering our entire bowls, with barely anything else included. food was cold, so was the service, i literally have never written a review for a place before but had to today cause it was that BAD. blonde girl with glasses genuinely ruined my night thanks chipotle.
